A rigorous class combining both classical and modern ballet technique. No experience, limited experience or lots of experience of ballet, everyone is welcome to join

This class focuses on building strong technique and fluid movement. Working towards creating completed pieces of choreography.

Join Alex for this hugely popular class, ‘FitSteps’, an energetic, up-beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. This is a high energy, full body workout that‘s strictly fun. General level, open to beginners and you don’t need a dance partner.

Enjoy rhythmic music?, take this opportunity to laugh and build strength and fitness week by week.

Introduce your 3 to 5 year old to the wonderful world of theatre during these joyful classes full of song, storytelling and drama games. Building confidence and making friends – our wee pretenders will be creating a musicial version of Hansel and Gretel complete with a wicked witch and a very sweet house.
