Peebles Jazz Weekend || Rose Room: 15th Anniversary Show

Crowned ‘Best Band’ twice at the Scottish Jazz Awards, Rose Room are Scotland’s leading ensemble influenced by Hot Club Swing. 2025 marks their 15th anniversary as a band and they are celebrating with the release of a new album: ‘It’s Been A Long, Long Time’ – a collection of their favourite tunes, songs and guest musicians. Led by virtuoso violinist, Scottish Jazz Award-winning vocalist, BBC broadcaster and Grappelli-Django Camp tutor Seonaid Aitken, Rose Room’s other longstanding members are Scotland’s No.1 guitar maker Jimmy Moon (double bass) and Danny Kyle Award-winning Tam Gallagher (rhythm guitar). Newest member, Conor Smith (solo guitar), is an exceptional talent from Glasgow’s Southside known for his work with The Vintage Explosion.
