Venue Hire

Because the Eastgate is extremely busy with arts performances and classes, its various spaces are often booked well in advance. However different spaces in the Eastgate can be hired for events including meetings, training sessions, photo shoots, conferences, or corporate events. Staff will be happy to discuss your requirements – including the preferred layout of tables and chairs, provision of projector, screen, flipchart and other equipment, technical advice, arrangements for catering, and any other support you may need.
