Yoga Zone with Kathleen Mansfield
This is a class to have fun while stretching your mind, body and spirit. Kath has practised yoga for more than forty years and, following a life threatening illness, developed her own style, a fusion of many traditions designed so that participants leave the class feeling light and refreshed.
