Understanding Cancer

Dr Lucy Wall, Consultant Medical Oncologist, Edinburgh Cancer Centre at the Western General Hospital outlines the research helping us to understand, control, cure and eliminate cancer in its many forms.

Dr Wall specialises in cancers which are rapidly increasing in incidence and have relatively poor outcomes. She has also developed a service for rare cancers.   She has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers and is interested in working with colleagues on how to develop support for cancer patients.
