Escape the dreich winter weather with a new series of five heart-warming Wednesday afternoon storytelling sessions in the Anne Younger Studio – followed by soup and a sandwich. On 8 February Douglas Mackay is the featured storyteller. His intimate yet crafted performances blend the traditional, hearth-side style with a more dynamic delivery as he tells tales of bogles, witches and selkies as well as many wonder tales from around the world.
Stories and soup is presented with the help of Traditional Arts Culture Scotland (TRACS) at Edinburgh’s Storytelling Centre.
