Water is an almost ever-present in a selection of short films that explore the power of wild places (and wild things) to heal and inspire. Expect free diving, outdoor swimming, surfing with a difference, plus a dreamy portrait of a lifetime spent studying the thousands of gannets that make their home on Bass Rock.

Below: Trailer for Be There, Be Present, screening as part of our Make a Connection session. Directed by Greg Dennis, it tells the story of a photographer who turned to where he felt most at home during the first lockdown: the sea.
