Edinburgh-born Philip Higham is recognised internationally as “a major talent, [offering] object lessons in lyrical sensitivity, musical architecture and expressive insight” Washington Post.

The six cello suites by J.S. Bach are generally considered to be the pinnacles of the solo cello repertoire and Philip Higham’s recent recording of all six has been widely hailed as revelatory, bringing fresh insights to these great masterpieces.
