Pat Goodacre takes us on a personal journey through Peebles’ past, encountering drovers, witches, weavers, a piper and, of course, the Beltane along the way. As Pat explains in her introduction, this film revisits her 2014 prize-winning poem submitted to a competition that was part of a year-long programme of events, coordinated by the Eastgate, to mark Peebles being named the most creative town of its size in Scotland.
