Gracie Stanley has promised to deliver rock star Ziggy Springer to perform at the high school dance.  He can’t come so Gracie and her friends have to produce a double — and fast!

Meanwhile, the venue’s owner forbids the dance.  He plans to turn it into a dry cleaner.  Alongside all of this drama, Gracie’s brother is trying to avoid a very bad dude.
