Legendary former Corrie Ronnie Browne shares some funny and extraordinary tales from his colourful life.

An Evening with Ronnie Browne, “That Guy Fae The Corries”. In this one man show the legendary Scottish musician shows that there’s more to him than singing as he shares some of the funny and extraordinary tales from his colourful life.

For thirty years Ronnie was best known as one half of The Corries, who earned world-wide fame as one of Scotland’s most celebrated bands.  But this is not a music show.   Ronnie will be taking the audience through his life journey, from childhood in the cobbled streets of Edinburgh to his new passion for painting and portraiture via encournters with stars including Chic Murray, Ricki Fulton and Morecambe and Wise.

Ronnie says:

“The Corries was just a third of my life. I’m proud of being a Corrie and I’m also proud of being a painter.”
