Inspiring Life Week
A week of activities taking creative approaches to health and wellbeing. This year’s workshops are focused around themes of recovery and renewal – exploring things in our lives that we might want to understand better, change, re-boot or re-think.
Most, though not all, sessions are free so the simplest route is to book through box office 01721 725777. You can book the events with ticket charges online – these are marked with an online label. Some of the events have opportunities for discussing and sharing creative ideas, and all of them are fun. This year’s programme has been made possible by an award from the National Lottery Community Fund.
These are the first four events – preparation for the full Inspiring Life Day at the Eastgate Theatre on Saturday 18 May – see the attached Inspiring Life Day event for lots more to do – and all of it FREE
