DESCRIPTION:Flux Alluvia is a unique musical composition inspired by the Tw
 eed by Borders-based composer\, Greg Harradine. Written for string sextet 
 and comprising of three movements – The River Was\, The River Is and
  The River Will Be. Greg will give a short talk before the piece is playe
 d. Concert will also include Richard Strauss’ Sextet from "Capriccio" 
 and Brahms Sextet in G major.
