Presented by the Tweeddale Society, Lord Joicey of the Ford & Etal Estate (which includes Flodden Field) discusses how international political intrigue preceded the battle, the tactics of winners and losers, the immediate and lasting consequences, and how a host of Border’s places used the 500th anniversary of the battle in 2013 to deepen their association with Flodden and develop new research skills above and below ground.
