The Peebles Hub of Dance for Parkinson’s continues online!
These dance workshops are designed especially for those with Parkinson’s disease, their families and carers. They are designed to develop participants’ confidence and creativity, while addressing specific concerns such as balance, flexibility, co-ordination, mobility and social isolation.
The Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland Programme is a joint initiative managed by Dance Base and Scottish Ballet.
