A talk to illustrate John Buchan’s links with the Canadian First Nations tribes. As Governor General of Canada, Buchan toured extensively meeting the indigenous peoples and, on one occasion, was presented with a magnificent eagle feather headdress. Come and hear about Buchan’s links with the Blood Tribe and others stories, including excerpts from his novel Sick Heart River.
