Common Good Funds and Community Ownership

Andy Wightman discusses Common Good Funds and Community Ownership as it applies to Peebles. Andy is a writer, researcher, land campaigner, former MSP, forester and author of Who Owns Scotland and The Poor Had No Lawyers. He also served as a Specialist Adviser to the UK Parliament Scottish Affairs Committee Inquiry on land reform 2014 – 2015.
Currently, Andy runs the Who Owns Scotland website which aims to document the ownership of 75% of rural Scotland.
