Children’s Yoga with Katy Swift
A fun yoga class for kids to move, breathe and create together in a magical and playful way. Each class will use games to gently introduce yoga, which can improve co-ordination and balance, aid relaxation and increase self-confidence. Guided imagery and simple breathing exercises end each class with a meditation. Please bring along a teddy or soft toy (no props will be shared). If possible bring your own yoga mat or you can borrow one for the session. It will be sanitised before and after use.
