Aladdin – Tweed Theatre Pantomime 2023

Tweed Theatre is proud to present Aladdin as their Christmas pantomime this year. Based on the original 1001 Arabian Nights, Aladdin tells the tale of a poor young man who is tricked by the evil Abanazar into opening up a cave of treasures. As always though good triumphs over evil and Aladdin ends up a wealthy prince, finding love with Princess Jasmine and preventing Abanazar from realising his nasty schemes. Widow Twankey, Ping and Pong, a very naughty panda and nice but dim, Wishee Washee provide colour and comedy throughout. There is of course plenty of singing and dancing, colour and fireworks to enjoy. Get your tickets early and see the festive season off to a flying start.
