The band will be supported by local singer songwriter Sam Mundy.
The set begins with Gary Martin singing to the sounds of the boogie woogie piano before Neil Warden’s Blues and Beyond take over the party with Neil front and centre playing lap steel acoustic and electric guitars on tracks including Going Down South, Sexy Black Dress and Red Hot Mama.
The Jensens take over the stage for the second half. The Jensen Interceptors are one of the most authentic and exciting blues bands on the UK scene. Playing in the classic blues style, fronted by harmonica ace Gary Martin, the band tear through a mix of covers by the likes of Slim Harpo, Little Walter, T’Bone Walker and Muddy Waters as well as their own originals – all delivered with the authentic Jensen spin.
