The classic tale of Cinderella has been reinvented as a musical with lots of laughs in this new adaptation. Set on a sunny island in the Ionian Sea, the action is driven by a sarcastic narrator who doesn’t hold back in her comments about the various characters. These include Cinderella (of course) who works in her father’s tavern alongside Tentoura (Buttons) as well as the ugly sisters, wicked stepmother, fairy godmother and handsome prince.
Music and moves are light, fresh, and fun as the goddesses lead the audience into well-known numbers including Dancing Queen and Waterloo.
